Finally!  In my last post I mentioned that the broker had phoned to say our loan had been approved, well he was a bit early.  The bank stuffed us around, as they all do, and finally after a 34 day delay on original settlement date we own our first home.  Hooray I’m finally a home owner, only took 37 years.  So it’s bye bye Ballarat and hello Albion Park.  Can’t wait to move but that ...

Well after two anxious weeks we received a call from the broker to say that our loan had been approved.  I can’t believe, well I suppose I can, that DH didn’t listen to me and organise our finances before we made an offer on the house.

Kayla had a birthday party the other week for her 4th Birthday.  We invited 12 kids from ABC and Kinder of which 10 showed up which is a huge success in my book as we’ve only been living in Ballarat for about 6 months.  It’s amazing how quickly kids make friends, pity as adults we can’t do the same.  Everyone had a great day at Fun Bugs which is an indoor centre full of climbing ...
